This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I am trying to download the new version of the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin. Instead, I got HTML attachment redirecting to the download website

Solution: Please try this steps: - Log off the site -> Clear the browser cache -> Log in the site and try to download the plugin again. - Try on incognito mode.

I expected to be able to download the plugins for my website

Hello Carlos,

The problem is not on the WordPress website, it is on my WPML account. If I go to - Downloads and I try to download the plugin - it isn't working. (image here below)

The problem is that I need to manually install the new version to my websites because the older version is causing issues (former ticket that I've created)

Now I understand the issue 🙂

If you do right-click on the download link and open the link in a new tab, are you able to download the plugin?

This seems to be an issue with the browser, I just tested it and it works correctly for me. I'm using Google Chrome for this test.

Hi,

It is still not working. I tried with all browsers, different internet connections, right-click, clearing of the cache and change of the security settings... still the same issue and the same download result...

You might know what else it could be?
