After checking your last email with subject "Please review and close access that you gave us for support", I am not able to find my past tickets on support forum of my wpml account. Did you maybe change their location on website? I can only see "" but not only my personal tickets.

Waiting for your advice on this.

I have one more question please.

I received an email yesterday from Amir from WPML team with subject "Please review and close access that you gave us for support".

Is it necessary to proceed with this action? This would require work & time for me as I must check each of my past tickets separately and disable the accounts that I created for you or change my personal credentials for many of my websites.

Amir also mentioned that deleting these threads from your forum will not help because you believe that the attacker already downloaded the tickets archive.

Hello there,

I would like to take care of your ticket from now.

We just added a new link to find all support tickets opened from your account. It is in the right sidebar of in the forum pages. The link is named "My Support Tickets".

I can see that you opened many support tickets in the past, and I understand it can require much work, but it is very important that you secure those accounts.

Deleting the tickets will only make things more difficult, as you will not be able to know which credentials you shared in the forum.

Please let me know if you can see the "My Support Tickets" link or if you need more details.
