[Closed] Can't intall wpml-string-translation (required version: 3.3.0)

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. The WPML String Translation add-on is not included in the Multilingual Blog license, so you will need to upgrade your license to Multilingual CMS or Multilingual Agency to access all features of WPML: https://wpml.org/purchase/

Thanks for the follow-up, and sorry for any confusion earlier.

1. I checked again and it looks like WPML Multilingual CMS and Media Translation are already on the latest versions. You should be able to update the Toolset Types plugin from Plugins > Add New Plugin > Commercial tab.

2. The “WPML update is incomplete” notice appears when there's a version mismatch, some WPML components are updated, while others (like String Translation) are not. WPML disables outdated components to avoid issues.

3. Your site is currently registered with a Multilingual Blog account, which does not include String Translation. That’s why you're unable to install or update it. To access this add-on, you’ll need to upgrade your account to Multilingual CMS or Agency.

You can upgrade anytime from your WPML.org account under Account > Upgrade Options.
