I am trying to: install WPML but I can't get any further because when trying to choose the language I can select the right language, but the "Next" button stays greyed out.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: Setup WPML -> 2. Translation languages

I expected to see: that it's posibil to go to thje next page

To best troubleshoot the issue, please make a snapshot of your site using the Duplicator plugin: This will allow me to try and duplicate the error so that I can run further tests without interrupting your live site.

Once the snapshot is complete, either upload the snapshot ZIP file and the installer.php file to a file sharing service such as Dropbox (and share the link in your reply) or right click the Duplicator links in your wp-admin and paste in your reply.

Please note: It is important to reduce the size of the package so please exclude some paths like /cache or /uploads and also exclude archives and media files.

I will also need the username and password of an account that was created BEFORE creating the duplicator package.

I will enable the next reply to be private so only you and I have access to it!

Unfortunately I still cannot access the site. The files that I need from Duplicator are the archive .zip file and the installer.php file. I tried to download them directly but the site still shows "can't be reached" for me. My IP is

Thanks so much, I was able to access the site and when I went to WPML -> Langauges, the next button was not greyed out. The only difference between your site and mine is the server environment. Can you please check the permissions via FTP and make sure that the file mentioned in the error message is accessible, and also that the plugin folder is accessible? If you want to share FTP details with me I'll be happy to check this for you.
