I am trying to send a product to be translated by icanlocalize. I have sent other jobs successfully before, although they are still in the icanlocalize basket. This issue started after I deleted some translations jobs on the icanlocalize website.

The communication logs read:

Ok,

We found the issue and we're working on it.

Please do not revert your site to the previous state, we will basically return you to the first project because it turns out that 3 jobs were left as "waiting for translation" before, so it's imperative that WPML connects to that project so it can work correctly.

This is happening because the batch ID (which is created when you add an element to the basket) is and will remain the same as the one of the first project (because there are still jobs "waiting for translation" , so until all the projects are correctly completed or deleted, they both have to match in both WPML and iCanlocalize.

By the way, it's likely that the job that we were working with was one of the 3 active ones, although i won't be able to know that until we return you to the first project.

Sorry for the delay, this task has to be performed by one of our developers, I already sent them the correct information and they are working on it.

In the meantime, please check your active jobs from the first project, because if you manage to delete those, then you will be able to continue, too.

My concern is that if one of the developers is unable to fix the database errors, then I will need to restore anyway, so i am hesitant to continue working on the site until these are fixed. My backups are done daily by my host, cloudways, but they are kept for only 7 days as far as I am aware. In order to save the backup for longer, I need to restore to an earlier point and make a duplicator package (or equivalent).

I see, then, out of security you should restore to an earlier point, try to at least make a duplicator package and try to check how it works now. You can ask icanlocalize to delete the 3 jobs you have pending right now and that should help you a lot, it might even unblock everything and let you continue working.

I have restored to an earlier point and contact icanlocalize to remove the existing projects so that I can start fresh. Once they have done this, is there anything that I should do with WPML, or that you need to do?

Our developers will tell me if there's anything else to do but i believe once those jobs are erased or cancelled you'll be able to work normally again. but let me know once icanlocalize has an answer and we can test again.

Our developers tried to access your site to check if everything was correct and they couldn't do so.
