Hi all,
Yes, this is yet another topic about a conflict between WPML and NextGen Gallery...
I've scoured the support forums here but didn't find any relevant information on how to solve this issue.

Stuff works pretty well on my site, except that since recently it's become impossible to switch to my website's second language (Chinese) from the English on the homepage. The user is immediately redirected to the English version. However, all other pages and posts can be switched back and forth between the two languages.
This issue only appears when the NextGen Gallery plugin is activated.

Any idea as to how to make things work again?

We confirmed issue with NGG and WPML 3.1.6.
Changelog is being reviewed to see what caused it.
Soon as we have some info or workaround suggestion - we'll update thread.

I can also confirm that issue do not exist with NGG 2.0.66.
Switching to NGG 2.0.66 version can help until issue is resolved.

Thank you for your patience.

Would you have any new advice on how to solve this issue?
Sorry to pressure you, but it would be great if we could find ways of dealing with it as soon as we can...
People think our website is in English only :-/
