I am trying to: translate the strings in the Booked by Boxy Studio plugin but can't translate all strings.

I managed to translate "cancel" on the booking form and I see that "Please confirm your booking by filling out the below form" is in the strings list but all other strings such as "available games" and "book games" and all strings in the form are not in the list of strings to translate. I did override some of the frontend text in the original plugin files (eg. "available appointments" to "available games") and the plugin requires you to add in your own forms so perhaps that's the issue there.

Any advice would be appreciated!

I scanned the Booked plugin for strings and then was able to find them in the list. Thanks anyway for a great plugin!

Sorry, that only resolved the strings in the plugin but not the new strings in the custom form Appointments>Settings>Custom Fields

Please update to our latest version of WPML 4.3.4 and WPML String Translation 3.0.4
It is very possible that the problem is fixed there.

Thanks George, there was no automatic update so I updated manually following the instructions in one of the forum topics. I scanned for new strings but the ones for the Booked custom form fields still do not show up. Any other suggestions?

Thank you for the updates. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
