This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client needed to update translations for specific strings ('Have a coupon?', 'Coupon code', 'Apply') using the Translation Management system.
Solution:
We recommended the client to update WPML and the String Translation plugin by following these steps:
1. Navigate to Plugins -> Add New in the WordPress admin area.
2. Click on the "Commercial" tab.
3. Press the "Check for updates" button in the WPML section.
4. Select all plugins with available updates (marked in red) and click on "Download" at the bottom of the grid.
After updating, we advised to:
1. Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting.
2. Click on "Show custom MO Files Pre-generation dialog box".
3. Refresh the page to display the MO files dialog box.
4. Click to regenerate the MO Files.
We then asked the client to test the translation again.
