Welcome to WPML Support.
I'll do my best to help you solve this issue.

To continue, I'll need temporary access to your site.

I have just activated the appropriate boxes for the credential information i need from you. they are private so only you and i will be able to see them.

I suggest you create a temporary user, set it as an administrator and then add those credentials in the fields mentioned above.

Hi Alejandro,
The modules I'm talking about are those in the home page for example (LC Service Block).

Hello, first of all sorry if it took me so long to reply, i actually checked the site 4-5 hours ago and the system told me your were editing your homepage so i couldn't access it.

However, i registered the block you pointed out and here's the code for it (you should send it to the theme or plugin that added the shortcode so they can add it to their repository):

you can also check the process so you can learn how to do it yourself: hidden link
and the documentation i followed:

you just need to know the name and attributes of the shortcodes, and you can do that by selecting the "classic mode" in wp bakery.

example: [my_shortcode text='this is text' subtitle='this is subtitle']
"my_shortcode" would be the name/tag of the shortcode
"text" and "subtitle" would be its attributes.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Alejandro,

It is going great now you got it working :O). I couldn't find it. Thanks for explaining!

I have one more question. We did the footer widgets last time. They look good in the string translation, but in the Dutch version the title of two show the English version. They are translated though. I can't seem to get it fixed. Can you explain what I should do?

Hi Alejandro,

I translated the home like you suggested, but I must be doing something wrong as the English version is showing on the Dutch version :O(
