Background of the issue:
I started my project in Italian and then switched to English. I am trying to translate attributes on the product page of my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
I can't translate the option named 'Gioco di ruolo' to 'Role-playing game' on the product page. Scanning the plugin and theme did not resolve the issue.

Questions:
How can I translate the option 'Gioco di ruolo' to 'Role-playing game' using WPML?
