This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are experiencing inconsistent capitalization in translations from Dutch to English using WPML, particularly in titles, subtitles, and some paragraphs.
Solution:
We have identified that this issue arises because the Translation Editor in WPML sometimes misinterprets certain paragraphs as titles, leading to unwanted capitalization. Currently, our developers are aware of this problem and are actively working on a solution. Unfortunately, there is no immediate workaround available at this moment.
If this solution becomes irrelevant due to updates or if it does not apply to your specific case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
