Hello,

I saw this thread : https://wpml.org/forums/topic/cart-empty-when-i-activate-woocommerce-multilingual/
And I did the same test, i enabled this option in woocommerce mulltilingual : *Prompt for a confirmation and reset the cart*

And seems working. But if we enable the synchronization option, the problem come back...

What did you found in your side ?

Hello,

I'm still waiting support from you... I don't want to remind that it's urgent and my business get stuck.
I'm like the only one trying something here, being 1 week with this.

So I did another test.
I have deleted all plugins folder.
So we have only :

sitepress-multilingual-cms
woocommerce
woocommerce-multilingual
wpml-cms-nav
wpml-media-translation
wpml-sticky-links
wpml-string-translation
wpml-translation-management

And the problem is still there!
So there is a real issue with woocommerce-multilingual plugin!

Maybe because I use different domains name for language this synchronization doesn't work ?

I Hope someone will answer today, I don't want to loose days anymore, it cost me too much.
So please someone do something.
