This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I installed Contact Form 7 Multilingual plugin and the form was lost in the list of Contact Forms 7 plugin on the WP dashboard.

Solution: I have fixed this issue by pressing below buttons from WPML >> Support >> Troubleshooting page:

- Clear the cache in WPML - Remove ghost entries from the translation tables - Fix element_type collation - Set language information

Is there any documentation that you are following?

What is the link to your site?

You may see that the form's shortcode still does work, but there is no form in the list on the backend to edit it or to translate in translation management.

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

Not sure I got you. Did you want me to check and confirm something from WPML >> Support >> Troubleshooting page?

I can see the contact forms now! And I can see some translated pages (WPML > Translations).
But I still don't see 2 other pages the other user translated yesterday that I see on WPML >> Translation Management >> Translation Jobs for April 3. Can you compare this list with WPML >> Translations and figure out what's wrong, please?

Hello,

We had the same issue we did this:

- Go to WPML > Technical Support.
- Click on the 'Troubleshooting' link.
- Click on the 'Clear the cache in WPML' button.
- Click on the 'Remove ghost entries from translation tables' button.
- Click on the 'Configure language information' button.

The forms are back but something went wrong in the procces and some pages in the main language (French) have been duplicated. Now the empty duplicated pages are showing in the site and the original pages are not linked to their English translation pages anymore.

How can we fix this?
