Hi,
can you recommend any plugin which will be able to smooth change the domain name (and all internal urls everywhere within a website from the old ones to new ones) on a website that contains 3 language versions? I mean changing the domain name for a website without moving it to another server. The website stays on the server it is currently on, only the domain name (and all urls) will change.

Thank you in advance,

Klaudiusz

Hi Klaudiusz,

here you can find a complete list of all WPML compatible plugins
=> https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/

these are plugins that our developers have tested , if a plugin is not listed it does not mean that its not going to work with WPML but we just have not have run tests with them.

A plugin i personally use is Better Search Replace, this is a great plugin when you are changing your domain name and need to update internal links , etc.

Do note that even though it manages to find and replace most links , it is recommended to go through your site manually in case of broken links as the plugin can always miss some

being that this is not a WPML plugin but rather a 3rd party plugin please note that this is just a recommendation and we cannot provide additional support towards using it or be liable if it does not work as expected and as always make sure you have a backup before making any changes
