Hi,

Let us know once you get the language code pairs and your credentials.

I marked your next reply as private so that you can safely add credentials.

Thank you

? => ru-RU
? => ka-GE

Can you please confirm?

Kind regards,

Otto

Hi
ru_Ru for the Russian ( Ru )language, and ka_ge is for Georgian

They are not in use. We can use them in future projects.

So I can confirm here:
site | service |language name

en => en-GB ( UK/Rest of the World)
us => en-US (USA/Canada)
cn => zh-CN (China)
pt => pt-PT (Portuguese)
ru => ru-RU (Russian)
ka => ka-GE (georgian)

Please let me know if I have missed anything.

Thanks

Thank you.

I added the mappings. As this is per project I omitted ka and ru.

You may need to update the language pairs before it takes effect:
WPML > Translation Management > Translations services > refresh language pairs

If you need them for another project, please open a new ticket for that. If you need to implement this at the integration level instead, we need to involve our dev team.

Let me know how it goes.

Kind regards,

Otto

Hi Otto,

Thanks for the update. The team has tested this and able to send content from WordPress to smartling.

Though this is not our main project, a staging for our live site, and we have two more projects, in this case, we want to know the solution you have tried on our website.

Can you explain the process of doing it manually?

Regards

Hello,

I am happy to know that it is working now.

Adding the mappings is on our side. If you need different mappings for another project, just open a new ticket and let us know for which project and the languages to map and we will be happy to do it for you.

Kind regards,

Otto
