I am trying to: create a page called pricing in order to replace the default shop page of woocommerce. I set it as shop page under WordPress > Woocommerce > Settings > Product > shop page.
After that, I found that English pricing page is working well i.e. hidden link but the chinese one is not working (with empty contents) i.e. hidden link

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: the contents (body) I set in the chinese page showing up correctly as well

Instead, I got: empty contents in Chinese page

Hi, I have fixed this issue by change the url from hidden link to hidden link. However, I would like to know how to make this chinese page with URL hidden link works? Thanks

Thank you for the updates. In this case, let's try an alternative approach: To best troubleshoot the issue, please make a snapshot of your site using the Duplicator plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/. This will allow me to try and duplicate the error so that I can run further tests without interrupting your live site.

Once the snapshot is complete, either upload the snapshot ZIP file and the installer.php file to a file sharing service such as Dropbox (and share the link in your reply) or right click the Duplicator links in your wp-admin and paste in your reply.
Please note: It is important to reduce the size of the package so please exclude some paths like /cache or /uploads and also exclude archives and media files.I will also need the username and password of an account that was created BEFORE creating the duplicator package.I will enable the next reply to be private so only you and I have access to it!

I have tried to install the plugin that you mentioned but it doesnt work for me as well
1. I tried to search this plugin and install it, I can't see Install now button but "Not support" instead
2. I tried to download it from the website and upload it in WP. I find that the Activate button is disabled after uploaded. No ways for me to activate it.

Can you please advise? Thanks

It seems you host are blocking the installation of the Duplicator plugin, unfortunately the only way for us to debug your issue is using a copy of your website in a test environment.
