Hi, I have an issue in checkout and the choice of payment. I can not find to translate the word -OR- in the choice of payment. How can I do this?

Hi and thank you for writing us!

I will be happy to help you with this.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to WPML > Theme and plugins localization > Strings in the plugins > check the "WooCommerce" box and then scroll a bit down and click the "Scan selected plugins for strings" blue button
2. Wait till all the strings are scanned and you receive the confirmation
3. Go to WPML > String Translation and in the search box type "or" and select the "exact match" checkbox, then click the "Search" button.
4. Now you should be able to see the "OR" string that comes from the "woocommerce" domain
5. Translate it, mark it as "Translation is complete" and save
6. Check if the translation is now showing as expected

Thanks for your help. I did exactly what you wrote. Found the -or- word, see attachment, but it doesn't show on the Finnish page.

I don't know if this helps to find it, the place were it shows:

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. A testing site where the issue is replicated would also be helpful.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved, I will delete the local site.
