Hello,

A client has been using a translation service (Translate Media). The company received and completed the translations but when we click on the "Check status and get translations" button it is reported that the job is not yet completed.

Translate Media have looked into the issue at their end but said the following:

"My colleague has taken a look and unfortunately it doesn't look to be a simple settings issue, he thinks it is a problem with transmission of the completed translation from WPML's server to your site (WPML has an interim server that sits between our CMS and your website that content passes through).

So at this point, it is up to WPML to provide support as only they can access their server.
You will need to provide the order number that you can see in the plugin and that should be sufficient for them to push the translations through."

We are unsure of the order number that they mention but I have attached a screenshot of the job list.

Thank you

PS, We have had problems with the translation management in the past (which were never solved) [https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translation-management-not-doing-anything-php-log-shows-fatal-error/] but I don't think this issue is related.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I will be glad to help with this.

Indeed, we use our own system, called Translation Proxy as an interim between WPML websites and 3rd party translation services.

Please provide more details on which translation job, an id, or a date or the title of it so we can investigate from our end.

If you can also provide us with credentials to access your website backend, I activated the private box to share info securely.

Best regards,
Jamal

Hello,

Our Translation Proxy team have investigated this issue, we used job TP id: 414702 as an example. The title for this job is: "Nº1"

The TranslateMedia reference parameter for this job is: jhhE5QLqLvT1vvrNpVHMJA!$£!$£

When we attempt to download the completed translation we get the following response from TranslateMedia:

TranslateMedia::Exception: Error while getting translation: {:aby_file=>nil, :error_present=>true, :description=>"Failed to load the project details. Please make sure you provide the proper reference parameter", :error_code=>"24", :request_successful=>false}

The batch contains 91 jobs. These are the TranslateMedia reference parameters for each:
