Translations show completed but they are not shown at the backend. Trying to check status and get translations but shows "0 translation jobs have been sent to remote translators". We cannot get the translations for 103 files with the project number P345877.

Translations show completed but they are not shown at the backend.

Does it mean that if you open for example pages, switch language, it says that there are no translations? Or do you mean that the translation you received is not showing up properly, as nothing has been translated at all?

Please provide as more information you can, so that I can potentially reach out our translation services specialist who will check the issue for you.

In order to debug this issue further quickly, would you be willing to provide me with temporary WordPress admin username so I could investigate the issue directly?

You can use plugins such as UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) or ask your host to perform a site backup.

Hi Bruno,

Actually I would like to assign the task to Ahmed Ibrahim but I don't see the way to make it. We have already granted him the access to the backed and he is aware of this issue. Can you re-direct the issue to him?

No problem, I sent this to Ahmed, who I would send this ticket to anyway, since he manages translation services issues.

Also, when creating a new support ticket, you are able to choose your own preferred supporter.

Hi reil,

Thanks for opening a new ticket for the issue, I have checked the site, and as I can see that there are only 109 products that have been translated, and you can see them here: hidden link

But for the products that have been mentioned at your screenshot, I can see that they have never been delivered to your site, and I don't know why they have the completed state, maybe it is some corrupted configurations.

So the best here is to resend these jobs again to Lionbridge and ask them to use the translation memory to resubmit the jobs again and redeliver them to your site and let me know if it works correctly this time.
