We have analyzed and found out that the problem of not being able to restore a backup arise because of the conflict with the plugin WPML Redirect Based on IP Country.
This plugin is placing JavaScript related to SweetAlert on our plugin page hidden link,
Contact the plugin developers to exclude the JavaScript from appearing in our plugin page mentioned above.

You may deactivate this plugin temporarily to perform the restore to staging process.

1.- The plugin "WPML Redirect Based on IP Country" is not developed by our team. I you can find the authors in this link: hidden link

2.- Please increase the PHP Memory Limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );
