Site is configured in auditing tool) and when I run test on semrush getting errors that "Conflicting hreflang and rel=canonical"

I'm not sure why the tool that you are using to check your main domain (hidden link) indicated the following issues.
1. Conflicting hreflang and rel=canonical
2. No self-referencing hreflang
I cannot see those problems when I view the source code of your page. I do see a self-referencing hreflang. And I can see that the canonical URL is pointing to itself. Please see the attached screenshot canonical-hreflang-ok.jpg. Even when I check your domain with the following online service, it doesn't find a problem.

I've also checked the other language of your homepage and couldn't find a problem there.
The following article explains in the right way, what should be the correct case when your site uses both hreflang and rel-canonical tags.
