In the file ~/inc/installer/loader.php at line 70 and 71, please consider using get_template_directory() instead of TEMPLATEPATH to increase compatibility.

I have found cases where WPML is callable before the constant is instantiated and had to change the source file manually.

Thank you for the suggestion. But as far as I believe it can not raise any issue because TEMPLATEPATH is available just after the "setup_theme" hook.
Can you please elaborate (with example) the case so I can understand it better?
