Hi,
Thank you very much for your message.

In this case I would like to ask you to follow this steps in order to isolate the cause of the issue:
- Back up your site first before making any change, this is for security reasons.
- Update all outdated plugins and themes.
- Flush any cache memory that might exists.
- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML or Contact Form.
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Seventeen.
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue.

Could you tell me the result of this steps?

Regards,
Carlos

Please take note that in order to determine if you are handling with a compatibiltiy issue between Uncode and WPML it it would be better to recreate the issue on a new installation of WordPress in your own server. ( like this ticket #4424781 )

it's not possible to make these changes:
- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML or Contact Form.
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Seventeen.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.

I have created a test site with a fresh new WordPress install and WPML plugins installed and setup too. I kindly ask you to install Contact Form 7 and try to reproduce the issue.

You can login the site directly using this link: hidden link

Could you tell me if the issue persists?
Regards,
Carlos

Hi there,
Thank you very much for your authorization.

I have consulted our specialists about this and they are aware of this issue and added a fix in the new release of the plugin. In the meantime I recommend you to translate the Contact Forms by following the steps described in the video of our official documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/using-contact-form-7-with-wpml/

Could you confirm that is possible to translate the forms following this steps?

Regards,
Carlos

Hi,

I followed the same steps as in the video and I didn't see any errors. Please follow this steps:
- Go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Translators Roles tab -> Make sure your user have the languages pairs assigned.
- Go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Translation Dashboard -> Filter by Contact Forms -> Select a Contact Form using the checkbox in the first column of the row -> Click on the "Add selected content to translation basket" button at the bottom of the table (Make sure that the 'Translate' option is selected)
- Once the translation job is sent go to 'Translation Basket' tab -> Scroll down and assign this translation job to your user -> Save the changes.
- Go to WPML -> Translations -> You will see the Contact form listed there -> Click on the 'Translate' button in the right -> This will take you to the Advance Translation Editor where you will be able to translate the Contact Form.

If you have any issue with the steps above you can see the video of the documentation I sent in my previous message as a guide. In case you have any problem I kindly ask you to share a download link of a screencast where you show the steps you followed, this way I will be able to compare it with the steps I described.

Regards,
Carlos
