This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Contact Form 7 forms disappeared after WPML plugin activation
Solution:
I've increased memory limit allocated to WordPress (it was below our minimum requirements https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements):
https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php

And I have also performed all the troubleshooting functions:

- WPML - > Support -> Troubleshooting:
-- Clear the cache in WPML
-- Set language information
-- Fix terms count
-- Fix post type assignment for translations

I have a website in French language. I installed and activate the WPML plugin to translate it.
By doing it, my forms from contact form 7 just disappeared form the Back Office (there are still available in Front Office).

I have seen this ticket:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/cf7-forms-disappeared-after-cf7-multilingual-plugin-was-installed/
But I coudn't find the buttons to:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Set language information

Is there a tutorial to do that?

Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

Can you install and activate this plugin:
https://wpml.org/download/contact-form-7-multilingual/?section=changelog

And let me if the issue is still there?

Here is a documentation on how you can translate it:
https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/using-contact-form-7-with-wpml/

Thanks for the answer 🙂
I tried to install this plugin, but the forms are still not available in the CF7 panel.

Hi,

Can you have a look at this now? I've increased memory limit allocated to WordPress (it was below our minimum requirements https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements):
https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php

And I have also performed all the troubleshooting functions - it seems to be working now, have a look at this image.
