Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hi, I didn't follow this instructions because of I want is to use PO files I downloaded, and no to translate manually.

Can you tell me how to use PO files to translate my forms built with CF7? Thanks

Hi.

As it is mentioned here (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/contact-form-7-not-using-translations-wordpress-org/#post-1172934) by my colleague, unfortunately, the documentation I shared with you is the best way we have available at the moment to translate CF7 forms and the most stable way.

You can try the recommendation here (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translate-the-contact-form-7/#post-1186926) but we can't guarantee that it will work.
