I had previously opened a ticket and closed it , with out a solution, since I wanted to chat with one of you. Is there a way I could chat and fix this issue. since three of you responded back with the same link and my problem is different that i don't have a possible in translate to translate.

Hi,

If you desire to open a chat ticket then you must open a new ticket and wait for a supporter to reply, as new tickets are automatically chats 🙂

Note: Please set this ticket as solved if you continue via chat so we don't have duplicated tickets.
