Thank you for contacting us. From what I noticed, some of the fields you translated should not be translated. For example, I noticed that shortcodes were translated but should not be translated.

Please, what is the version of WPML and WP are you using? I would like to know more about your installation. Can you please provide your WPML Debug information in the debug field below? http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Thank you.

I am not sure about the version, but should be all up to date? We installed WPML in May this year. Hopefully we can put this right.

First, my sincere apologies for the delay. Yes, it looks like plugins are up to date. As I explained above, the Spanish version shortcodes are translated, when they should not be translated, only the label should be translated. For example, looking at your screenshot above, one of the shortcodes looks like:

[texto * su-nomber clase: Form-control]

That should be like

[text * your-name class:form-control]

That is, only the "Su nomber" (which is the label) should be translated - as it is, correctly. But the shortcode code should not be translated. This is because the contact form will know that it is a text field, using, for example, the shortcode "[text ...". Here is the native documentation of Contact Form 7: hidden link

Please, let me know if you can correct the fields so CF7 shortcodes are displayed correctly.

Thank you.

Hi,

Sure. I'll need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site - preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible - in order to be of better help.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Note:

*** Please let me know exactly what steps should I follow to see the problem.

*** Please, can I install the Duplicator plugin (or All in One Migration) to make a copy of your site and install it on my test environment? This will help me debug the problem.

*** Note: Please make a full backup of your site.

Please, let me know if I can help with any other questions you may have about it. I'll be happy to help.

Thank you.

This button is inside one of these shortcodes. I will attach a picture for you to see.

Note that I have preserved all shortcode and translated only the label that is used to name the button.

Please, let me know if I can help with any other questions you may have about it. I'll be happy to help.

Thank you.
