Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the Contact Us page to another language using ATE, but it's only 97% done. The remaining text is not showing there. Please check the attached screenshot. Link to the page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The translation process is stuck at 97%, and the remaining 3% of the text is not appearing for translation. also I have follow this step already

3. Please try the below procedure:
3.1. Open the default language page in Edit mode.
3.2. Make a small change, for example, add a space or + sign in your page/post title.
3.3. Update the page by pressing the “Update” button.
3.4. Now, please remove that small change that did in step #3.2.
3.5. Update the page again.
3.6. Now, please try to open the translated page in WPML Translation Editor and see if this resolves the issue.

Questions: ....
How can I translate the remaining 3% of the text?

Hello There!
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

Before this thread gets assigned to my colleague, I'd like to offer some initial guidance or potential solutions.

It seems that some content isn’t appearing in the translation editor, which is keeping the translation progress at 95%. Could you try switching to the previous version of the translation editor and check if there’s any untranslated content? If you find any, please complete those translations and save the changes. The French version should display correctly once the translation is fully completed.

To switch to the previous translation editor, please follow these steps:

- Open the translation editor.
- In the top right corner, you’ll find a gear icon. Click on it, then enable the "Use Previous Translation Editor" option, as shown in this screenshot: hidden link

Please check and let us know how it goes. We'll be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello There,
I hope you're doing well!

Thank you for the update! Glad to hear that switching the editor helps!

Regarding the other issue - I understand and would be happy to help you with that, but, please note that to maintain clarity and organization in each thread, we are allowed to discuss one issue per thread. Since the issue you mentioned in your last message is different than the issue that was initially reported in this ticket, I have created a new ticket for you to address the issue separately. You can expect a response on that ticket shortly. Thank you for understanding the matter.

If the issue with the translation progress has been resolved, please feel free to mark this thread as resolved.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
