I am trying to: Copy images of a product from the original language to the translation. The copy field BTN is disabled - why?

Thank you for contacting us. Please, my sincere apologies for the delay in answering. Are the title of the images not copied automatically?

By default WPML automatically copies those fields to the secondary language. The button is only activated when all the fields are empty - without any space.

Please, could you confirm that none of these fields have spaces?

No. There is no space and I can't even edit them. As you can see all the fields are empty, and only the image title is present. This happened in several products so it's unlikely that an accidental space is a cause

I tested it and the button is only enabled if all the fields are filled in the original language and empty in the secondary language.

I will contact 2nd tier support to ask more about this. I'll contact you soon.

I escalated the ticket to 2nd tier support and to our developers.

At the moment I have no workaround for this. If our developers provide some workaround I'll let you know.
