I have a shop which is based on wp + woo + wpml, and it's multilingual (German and Polish), main language is set to German, however most products are added in Polish, then translated to German, problem is when we editing pictures, and don't know why they're not copying/updating from Polish Translation to original German version.

Hi,

Welcome to WPML Support forum.

Could you please share your Debug information with me? You can read the detailed explanation about it here.

http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support

The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured and will help me understand the source of the problem.

Meanwhile, could you please check if the issue persists if you disable all non-related WPML plugins except WC, switch to one of the default themes like twenty sixteen?

NOTE:
+ Make a backup (both files and database) for your site before doing this test.

Please let me know of your results.

Kind regards,
Dennis

Hi,

I try to turn off all additional plugins, however i don't think that it's caused by plugins, but the problem is in different place - in system configuration. . .

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

Does the issue persists after deactivating non WPML plugins and switching to one of WP default theme?

If yes, In order to for us to investigate this issue, could you please provide a snapshot of your site so we can debug it locally? Here are the step to do this with Duplicator plugin: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/.

Your next reply will be private so you can leave a download links for your snapshot installer and archive. Since the created files may be big, for sharing purposes, you could use services like DropBox and Google Drive among others. Kindly send both the ...archive.zip and the ...installer.php files.

Please also check our support privacy policy https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/.

Kind regards,
Dennis
