We're trying to translate this english product to dutch, only when translated this translate becomes corrupt. When i complete the translation and try to visit the product in NL, it goes to the homepage.

English product:

It tries to go to this URL: hidden link

When i translate the entire product, save it, and go back in the translation.. i see that everything got reset to the minimal.

There is a translation of that product, only when you go to the translation it redirects to the homepage for some reason.
When you go to hidden link and switch to Dutch, you see the problem.
So far, this seems to be the only product having this problem.

Yes, I can see the wrong Dutch URL in the language switcher.

If you recreate the product, does the issue persists?

Yes, when a new product is created & translated, there is no problem.
But we just discovered there are more products with this issue.

The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
