I am trying to: Have all items translated in the cart page.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: It concerns the section "You may be interested in..." in the cart. When I switch languages using the switcher, I want to have the names of the products in this section translated.

Instead, I got: However, they stay the same although the translation exists.

Hello ,

Carlos is currently away therefore i will be taking over your ticket.

How are you adding the section for cross-sells ?
-Are you using a plugin or through the theme?

Currently when adding a product on your site i am not able to generate the cross sell field.

Also for the specific item shown above in your screenshot, do you have that item translated in Russian too or is it only in Latvian?

One reason why this might be happening here is that the section is showing products from both languages instead of sticking to the viewing language.

Hello Bobby,

The cross-sells are manually added to some products using the standard Woocommerce functionality. For example, for this product: hidden link

The items that you see on the screenshot have both RU and LV translations.

Thank you,

I can see the issue now, it shows only in the cart page , but once you click on the product it takes you to the correct language page for that specific product.

If possible please test this:
-Back up your site first
-Deactivate all non WPML related plugins
-Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Fourteen.
-If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with wich one there is an interaction issue

Let me know your results please as this might be caused by a 3rd party plugin

(Note: Make sure to test on an incognito page)
