Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm using one language but multiple currencies, and manually updating prices for each currency (this can change if need be).

Is it possible to have currencies switch to a users currency automatically based on his location, WooCommerce is set to Geolocate to determine a customers location.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I can't seem to find documentation on if this is possible.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us.

With WPML / WooCommerce it is not possible to switch to a certain language (or related currency) automatically according a Geo Location.

==> It is well possible if you do the Custom coding, but it is not possible with the built in options of WPML and WooCommerce + WooCommerce Multilingual

With WPML this is only possible using the Browser Language redirection feature.

Please note that no GEO Location is supported by WPML or WooCommerce Multilingual, but only Language dependent redirection, this means, only the Browser language or User preferences for language are used to display the currencies accordingly.

If you look for a custom solution that will display a certain currency depending on the Country, you can refer to this Ticket:
http://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/

I deeply apologize that I can't provide you here a solution for this, because it is not a feature of wpml yet, and such a script would need custom coding which is beyond the scope of our support.

This being the case please consider contacting one of our certified partners from this link:
hidden link. org/documentation/support/wpml-contractors/

You will get the custom assistance you need to get on with your project.

Before doing so please have a look also here:
http://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-contractors/guidelines-for- people-looking-for-consulting-help/

I apologize again not being able to be of better help in this case.

Thank you for your trust in WPML.

Regards,
Riffaz.

Hi Riffaz

Thank you for the reply.

1) Please check the link you sent in this part of the reply as it's to the WooCommerce Multilingual page and not to the ticket mentioned:

"If you look for a custom solution that will display a certain currency depending on the Country, you can refer to this Ticket:
http://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/"

2) "but only Language dependent redirection, this means, only the Browser language or User preferences for language are used to display the currencies accordingly."

How do I set this up i.e. do you have documentation on this as I can't find it in your KB?

=====

Once I have feedback on those I can investigate a solution further.

Many thanks and warmest regards,

Athlone
