Background of the issue:
Hello,
we often need a report on how much a specific customer has spent in our store. Currently we have three currencies - euro, PLN and dollars. Unfortunately, when a customer makes purchases in a currency other than the main currency, the value is in our main currency (PLN).
For example, a customer placed an order for 308 euros, and in the customer tab we see that it is in PLN.
We tested on an empty woocommerce wpml installation and the problem is the same.
Symptoms:
In Woocommerce > Customers tab when a customer makes purchases in a currency other than the main currency, the value is displayed in our main currency (PLN) instead of the original currency. For example, an order made in euros is shown as PLN in the customer tab.
Questions:
How can I ensure that the currency displayed in the customer tab matches the currency used for the order?
Is there a setting in WPML or WooCommerce that needs to be adjusted to display the correct currency?
Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue. Sorry for the late response because of the weekend.
