Please tell me you have a solution for this… None of the customers in foreign countries can visit tabs in the My Account page. It's only working for Dutch.

ps. is there a way to filter translations on 'Needs an update'?

Welcome to WPML support. I'd be assisting you further on this issue.

What are the customers currently able to see? a 404 page?

Can you confirm that you are still experiencing issues with minimal set up (all plugins except WPML disabled and the theme on a WordPress default such as Twenty Nineteen)

Regarding the "'Needs an update'?" Go to WPML -> Translation management and you can filter it using All Translation Status dropdown.
