Dear Sir/Madam,

As there is only one CRED form for all languages, all fields can be translated but only the date field it doesn't changed correctly. How can I force the date field be showed in correct language? Refer to the screenshot, my primary language is Traditional Chinese.

Here is the code I do in CRED form

<div class="form-group">
        <div class="span2">
            <label>[wpml-string context='cred-form-' name='Submission deadline']Submission deadline[/wpml-string]</label>
        </div>
        <div class="span10">
            [cred_field field="enquiry-submission-deadline" force_type="field" class="form-control" output="bootstrap"]
        </div>
    </div>

Hello @kelvinl-3, welcome to the WPML support Forum!

- Is this form generated by a custom code or by a plugin?
- If it's a plugin, what's the name?
- It's possible to add PHP code to this code snippet?

Please let me know if it worked for you.

All the best,
Diego
