DeepL glossary updates are not syncing/updating on our staging site

Problem:
The client is using WPML with DeepL for translations and inquires about the possibility of synchronizing glossaries between the two systems. They want to know if there is a built-in feature for this synchronization, if WPML automatically applies terms from a DeepL glossary when used as a translation engine, and if there are any recommended workflows or integrations to keep the glossaries in sync.
Solution:
We currently do not support a direct synchronization mechanism with external DeepL glossaries. WPML uses its own glossary system within the Advanced Translation Editor, which is managed separately from any DeepL glossary. To keep terminology aligned, you can export and import glossary entries manually between the two systems. Specifically, we maintain a glossary in DeepL and would like to know: * Is there a built-in feature to synchronize a DeepL glossary into the WPML glossary? * When WPML uses DeepL as a translation engine, does WPML automatically read and apply terms from our DeepL glossary? * If automatic synchronization is not currently supported, are there any recommended workflows, APIs, hooks, or third-party integrations that can help keep DeepL and WPML glossaries in sync? * Is this functionality on your roadmap, or is there a best-practice approach recommended by WPML for teams managing terminology in DeepL? While we use the WPML plugin to manage translations on the website, the same DeepL glossary is also leveraged in other environments, such as our courseware and learning materials. Our objective is to understand whether it is possible to integrate the DeepL glossary directly with WPML so that updates made to the master glossary are automatically reflected in website translations as well. We have already tested WPML's glossary feature on our staging environment. However, this is not an ideal solution for us, given the frequency with which the primary DeepL glossary is updated. We would like to avoid having to manually recreate and maintain glossary entries within WordPress each time changes are made in DeepL. Specifically, we are looking for a way to ensure that WPML's Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) remains aligned with the latest DeepL glossary updates without requiring manual intervention on the WordPress side. Could you please let us know whether WPML supports a direct synchronization mechanism with external DeepL glossaries, or if there is a recommended approach to achieve this workflow? Because a manual process isn't viable for our ongoing workflow, we are looking to set up an automated synchronization between our DeepL glossary and our staging WPML environment. To achieve this automation smoothly, could you let us know if WPML provides any specific hooks or dedicated REST API endpoints for glossary management? We are looking for the official, recommended way to push these updates systematically so that we can avoid manual CSV uploads while adhering to your best practices. Thank you for your guidance.
