Tell us what you are trying to do?
- We delivered a French, Italian and other translations via WPML to a customer.
- All source text was all captured by the xliff.
- Some of the elements of the page we delivered remain in English.

Can you provide me a private link so I can share login credentials, etc.?

Thanks very much.

Hello! First of all, welcome to our support.

Sure i activated the fields so you can send us the site's credentials.

Would you please also tell me the page that is giving you this issue and how did you translate it? (locally, using a CAT Tool, Translation service, etc).

Thanks in advance.

Hi there, so, i just saw one possible job for this page: Job Id 51 (in WPML Translation > Translation Job From English to French as the XLIFF Indicates).

I could see it as completed in december 2019, though.

Maybe the problem here is that the changes never got updated. so could you try this:

1) Go to the page of the XLIFF and send the page to translation in WPML > Translation Management

2) Download the new Job'ss XLIFF.
3) Replace the old XLIFF'S header with the new one (the part that cointains an ID-hash, if you send me both the old and the new, i can record a video showing you what i mean and i can fix it for you)
4) Upload the translated XLIFF again, and check the page.

It should work now.

Try it and let me know how it goes.

Unfortunately i could not check the screenshots because they seem to be broken so i literally can't see anything there.

However, i would suggest you do the following:

1) Check the "New" XLIFF and make sure the target and source tags (the elements to be transalted) are already showing in the right language

2) If there is a current job for this, cancel it if possible.
3) Re-add the page to translation in WPML > Translation Management
4) Download the XLIFF of the page you just set to translation.
5) copy the content of the "original" attribute inside the "file" tag into the XLIFF that was translated
6) Upload the modified XLIFF into the site and then check the page out.
It should be translated.

Let me know how it goes. and if it doesn't work, please send me the translated XLIFF file and let me know what Job ID is the correct one so i can run a few tests for you.

And in the meantime i thank you for the access.

Regards.
