Hi Andrey, thank you for your answer. I've tried to add the debug info but it says that 'The debug information is not valid', so please let me know if i can paste it here or there's another way to send it to you. This is the error i get when i try to place the deposit to go on with the translations. |

I'm back Mercedes, i tried to proceed to the payment on other browsers (Safari and Firefox), so i believe the problem is the credit card. Is there anything else we can try? Thanks a lot for your help! |

Hi mercedes, i got a doubt: since we are using a pre paid - virtual card could it be that that the virtual card was used for the invoices from April and May at 0€? And that now the card is not valid anymore? |

Hi Mercedes, thank you for your answer! We will proceed by changing the credit card and i'll let you know. I got one last doubt: can we change credit card anytime we want? Is there a limit when we want to change credit card? Cause we might need to make different changes and i'd like to prevent any blocking. Thank you! |
