I had a 503 error earlier. When my website was working again my translated pages were not shown. On my wordpress website it said the WPML plugs in were not working. I uninstalled the WPML plug in and tried to reinstall.

Now it states

Destination folder already exists''

So I cannot install the plug in. How do I delete the original folder? Where do I find it? I am using stable host for my server. Do I delete the folder in the Cpanel?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

1. Please login to your FTP/cPanel.
2. Go to the folder
3. Delete the folder named "WPML Multilingual CMS"
4. Now try to install the WPML again. you should be able to install.
