Hello I i have migrated a site to digital ocean

the new site link is hidden link
as you can see every language points to a different domain
I was wondering how can i do that - pointing each language to differenet domains- in digital ocean without any access to plesk or cpanel
The only access i have is at ubuntu server via ssh

Each domain registeries has their own DNS management system, You should be able to point to the Digital ocean server IP from the domain registry DNS system. Except for the Primary domain all other domains for the secondary languages should have a A record poiting to the Primary domain.
I am not sure about the Domain registry from which the domains are purchased, You can check the the domain registry support or search in their knowledge base on how the domains can be setup .

In any case I suggest to check with the domain registry support on setting up the domains with the digital ocean and adding the A records for the other domains.
You need SSL certification for each of your domain , so that you can activate https protocol to all the domain. Also your domain should have the option to enable https or force redirect http to https, If not you can try adding a htaccess rule for each domain as mentioned here hidden link
