Hello,
The last step I took before the issue was solved, was updating the original page and completing the translation of the page to 100%.
What might have occurred here, is that you created and translated this page, while the pages that you are linking to were not yet translated.
Best regards
Andreas

The Resources page was completed (it was published.) What steps did you take to 'complete' it yourself?
And if the pages that it was linking to were not yet completed (though I believe they were) then what did you do to those pages to get them into a "completed" state? Did you edit those pages at all?
Anyway...at this point, this feels like banging my head against a wall. It's just better to stop, because clearly this isn't accomplishing anything. So don't feel the need to reply.
I do appreciate your efforts to respond to my queries, and I don't doubt your good faith, but this has been one of the top three most painful support experiences in over 20 years of doing this type of work.
I feel like this entire thread should be flagged and reviewed by internal QA! How did it take over three weeks and dozens of messages back and forth just to resolve this? And it's still a mystery!?
I honestly feel like someone should have been able to look at this after my first message and say, "Hmmm...it is indeed strange the buttons don't point to the translated pages. Here's what you should do / check first...etc." and the entire thing should have been resolved in 15 minutes...not 3+ weeks! Nothing about my request was complicated. My messages were clear and detailed. I did not change what I was asking. It was basic, simple, and there's just no way this should have taken this long.
Anyway...thank you for seeing it through. I'm glad it's done and hopefully I won't have to ask any more questions or use WPML again.

Hello,
My apologies for the inconvenience.
After all on your site only the translation for this page needed to be updated.
If this was expected at this point I can not tell, as I am not working on this site and I did nto create the content.
I could only investigate further if the issue occurs again and the ideal would be to know when exactly it occurs so that we will be able to try to recreate it.
If the issue occurs again, then please let us know.
Best regards
Andreas
