I will be happy to help you with this.

The procedure for doing that differs depending on the theme that you are using and how is the logo added.

From what I can see, you are using the Uncode theme.

Can you please take a look at the solution in the ticket below and see if that solved the issue for you?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Hi and thank you for your patience.

So what I did is this:

1. I went here (hidden link) and added the following code:

<wpml-config>
    <admin-texts>
        <key name="uncode">
            <key name="_uncode_logo"/>
            <key name="_uncode_logo_light"/>
            <key name="_uncode_logo_dark"/></key>
    </admin-texts>
</wpml-config>

2. Then I went to WPML > String Translation (hidden link) and added the according ids of the English-version logos for both the dark and light version.

I've did everything for you so now on the english version you should see the right logo version for both desktop (the white version of the logo) and for mobile (the colored version of the logo).

I hope that this will make you happy 🙂
