The price on the English version of our webshop is correct hidden link. The price on the Swedish version (and probably the other languages as well) is an old price. hidden link See uploaded screenshot. shop.pyscandinavia.com |

Hello, What is the translation status of your product translations? Could it be that the product translations do need a translation udpate? Does the issue disappear once you update the product translations? Best regards |

Product prices change all the time. I cannot be expected to go into every single product and update the translations all the time!? |

Hello, Yes, this is true. Usually the values of price and other product details should be copied towards the translation and stay in sync. Please try to go to WooCommerce > WooCommmerce Multilingual > Status and first check if there are any notifications about custom field configurations that might have been altered. Those field settings can be found at WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translation. After that, please try to run the sync options at WooCommerce > WooCommmerce Multilingual > Status > Troubleshooting. If you will still need assistance with this topic afterwards, please allow let me know and I will offer enable the private reply form in for you to provide me admin access for having a look into the issue. Best regards |

Hello, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better for a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “All In One WP Migration” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you. IMPORTANT Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access. The steps are also shown in this video: hidden link Best regards |

Hello, There was a configuration issue on the site, which I have solved now. See the Screenshot for details. The product variations were set to use the WPML fallback, which will not work in this case. I do now see the same price on the EN and SW versions of this product example: hidden link Please let me know if further assistance is needed. Best regards |

Hello, It appears that there was a new price field registered by an additional plugin or the theme: fb_product_price I have set it to copy. Then, after applying the translation for your product example, the correct price showed up. Please update the translations and verify. Best regards |
