Hello,

I am trying to: Display untranslated content without duplication

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: can't be seen online. Developped locally

I expected to see: The same products & products number in french as in english

Instead, I got: I only see duplicated products in english (french is the default language). The wpml 3.9 feature "use translation if available or fallback to default language" does not work for me.

Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'd be happy to assist you further on this issue.

Which version of the plugin are you using? For helping further on this issue it's very important to know your site related information such as themes used, plugins used, PHP versions etc. You can easily send this using Debug information settings from WPML. So could you please go to WPML > Support > Debug Information and give me the information in the next reply. You can read the detailed instruction here: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

This should work properly, If you disable all non-related WPML plugins, switch to one of default themes, the problem persists or not?
NOTE:
+ Make a backup (both files and database) for your site before updating/proceeding anything (Always a good practice!).

Hello,

thank you for your support. From your suggestions, I have deactivated the plugins and the theme, which corrected the issue. In my further investigations, I've found that the issue is caused by the plugin "search & filter pro". I suppose that you don't have a fix for this ?

This seems like a compatibility issue, to further debug this issue and report it to our compatibility team, I would need to debug this issue on my localhost, so could you please provide me a backup of your wp-content (without uploads) as well as database backup so I can replicate your site on my localhost and perform further debugging.

You can zip these files and upload to google drive later to share it with me.
