I'm experiencing an issue with automatic translation (PTC) on a Divi Library global module, on a site running Divi 5.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
I sent a Divi Library global module (title: "Richiesta informazioni - invia mail", type: Divi Layout) for translation from Italian to English. The item stays stuck in the "Needs translation" status and never moves to "In progress" or "Completed", even when selecting an automatic translator from the dropdown menu.
STEPS ALREADY TAKEN (without success):
1. Confirmed I'm using the Advanced Translation Editor (not the Classic Editor)
2. Tried translating the global module separately from the page, directly from the Divi Library
3. Updated WPML and all related modules (String Translation, Translation Management, etc.) to the latest available version
4. Made a minimal edit to the original module and re-saved it before re-sending it for translation
NOT yet tried: the Custom XML Configuration, because I'm not sure which specific tag/attribute to register for this module.
TECHNICAL DETAILS - I can send you provately my site health report
- Automatic translation service in use (PTC): PTC
- Source/target language: Italian > English
- Divi module type involved: global module from the Divi Library. I can see it in the WPML translation dashboard
Could you tell me the correct XML configuration to add under WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration for this specific case, or check whether this is a known Divi 5 compatibility bug that hasn't been resolved yet?
