I am trying to: translate the divi code module.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: the code module for translation.

Instead, no code module is visible in the transaltion. I even updated the XML as per an old support ticket, code can be seen below.

<wpml-config>
    <shortcodes>
        <shortcode>
            <tag>et_pb_code</tag>
            <attributes>
                <attribute>background_image</attribute>
                <attribute>background_video_mp4</attribute>
                <attribute>background_video_webm</attribute>
            </attributes>
        </shortcode>
    </shortcodes>
</wpml-config>

Hi,
Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

- Go to Plugins >> Add new >> Commercial >> and click on "check for updates" and update WPML plugins.
- Edit the translation and finish it as it is (mark it as 100% Translated).
- Make a small change in the original page, for example, a space in your title.
- Edit the translation again.

Does it work this time? If still issue persists, please follow below steps and let me know how it goes?

=== Please backup your database and website ===

1. Please upgrade your server’s PHP version to a higher level: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

PHP is 5.6.40 which is good, but it's advised is to use more up-to-date version for better performance and stability. You can contact your website hosting company to upgrade this for you.

2. Please add this to the top of wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/* WP Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

3. Please delete all sorts of caches on your site / server cache (if any) / plugin cache / CDN cache (if any), clear browser cache and see if this resolves your issue.

Thank you
