Thank you for the updates and sorry for the bit of waiting here. I took a detailed look and noticed your team members content actually is built with a Divi regular text shortcode instead of a global template, it is weird the fact the introduction text appears for translation but not your team members content when both are text shortcodes. Please, try the following:

1 - Increase your current 'max_input_vars' values for the double of current size, you can see your current values in your WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Support

2 - If it doesn't happen, please, let me know so we can migrate your website to our test servers and to perform a detailed investigation without interfering in your production website content.

i've increase the max_input_vars to 600 via wpconfig.php › it still doesn't work.

The team member content are a global module (not template)

Hello Hervé,

Thank you for the updates. I could manage the migration properly, your content is now migrated. I also took another detailed look in your website and noticed the 'Team box' global module content is appearing properly for translation in the WPML Translation Editor as you can see in the attached screenshot. Please, try the following:

1 - In your WordPress Dashboard > Divi > Divi Library click to edit your desired global module (in your case the team box module).

2 - In case you don't see the module content available for translation, please, review the modules sync settings, in your case I turned on the sync feature and update the page, then the content appeared for translation, so you can experiment turn on/off the module sync option, updating the page and try a translation again.
