Hi! our site is using divi global sections. the problem is, it seems that somehow the content from the translated global elements overwrites the original language. it's very random, sometimes i find content from french showing in english-canada or sometimes i see content from english-US showing in english-Canada... it is driving me crazy!!! so far I'm not using teh wpml translation editor to do that. but when i tried to, it didn't show all fields in the wpml translation editor. for example, i have a global section consists of two columns, one contains button and another contains text block. when i try to translate it using the translation editor, it only shows the button text as a field. i don't see any fields for the button URL or the text block!!
i sow another post mentioning that you can add custom XML but where on earth can i get that xml for teh divi modules? and should i be adding XML for EVERY single divi module??

our dev site is hidden link

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Does it happens only on a specific page or all the pages? Can you please, let me know how to reproduce this issue in your website? Also it would be of help to give a further look in your WordPress Dashboard in order to understand the whole issue, for that, please consider: I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.
