Tell us what you are trying to do?

I'm planning to upgrade to the CMS-version. Do I have to delete all existing translations that I did or can I just use it without any issues?

Also, what's the price for the upgrade?

You can simply update and the translations should not be impacted. It is always recommended, however, to back up your site before any updates.
